RETURN POLICY
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, this is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order contains all corresponding parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as when the product was received.
  • Normal handling of the product must be evident; damage caused by careless use is excluded.
  • Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process is initiated.
  • The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
  • We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.

A return shipment will be processed within 7 working days. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged beyond our responsibility.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photo of the product in case of damage
  • First name + last name of the customer
  • Address of the customer

We will then contact you and provide you with the return address.

Never send the return shipment back to the sender. We will provide you with the correct return address after you have contacted us. The shipping costs for returning the product are always the responsibility of the customer.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, provided that they are a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or independent professional activity:

A. Conditions for Cancellation
Right of Withdrawal: The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has received or accepted the last goods.

As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process before delivery, meaning a refund is not possible until the goods have been received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lureva London) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email). The withdrawal is completed once we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

Goods in Transit
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. In this case, please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you may inform us of your cancellation in advance.

To ensure the fastest possible return processing, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you (excluding delivery costs and any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal and the returned goods.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.


ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
